1-Day Intensive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Workshop
Presenter: Trudy Gilbert-Eliot, PhD, LMFT, LADC
Description: In this one day Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) intensive you will learn about how CBT came about, and learn the basics of the specific types of CBT including Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The majority of the workshop will give you a deeper view of the common skills that are a part of every CBT:
