Thursday, February 6 at 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Church Fine Arts, Nightingale Concert Hall 39.5412425545764, -119.8168797791

Dr. Lani Guinier, a civil rights attorney and the first tenured African-American woman professor at Harvard will be speaking at the 2014 Forum for Excellence presented by the College of Liberal Arts.

"Leading from Behind:A 21st Century Strategy for Leadership"

Nelson Mandela once said, "It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front." Like a shepherd corralling a flock, the leader doesn't relinquish his or her power, but instead is being creative and far-sighted. "Leading from behind" is a vision of collaboration that starts with the idea that people with different experiences and different strengths can (and should) be encouraged to work together to solve tough problems. Because our collective wisdom is often greater than the sum of its parts, it's a strategy for developing leadership skills in the 21st century.

General Admission is FREE, and tickets can be picked up at the Lawlor Events Center Ticket Office.

You need to measure the various components accurately before mixing them. A recipe for a concrete mix is given as three numbers for example 1:3:4. This means one part Portland cement mixed with three parts sand and four parts gravel. The only approved way of Ralph Lauren Polo Sale using the sensor is to place it in the footbed of a Nike+ shoe. Nike now has a selection of shoes decorated with the Nike Swoosh Ralph Lauren Outlet Online Uk and a plus sign. The Moire was one of the first produced, and I really like this shoe. be.
