In these workshops teens will learn to work with clay media and develop their sculpting and tool handling skills. Make sure to attend this event at the Best Buy Teen Tech Center!

In these workshops youth will learn to work with clay media and develop their sculpting and tool handling skills. As part of this curriculum, youth will learn how to create various projects including clay pots, whistles, and more!

Understand the basic properties of different clay media; including porosity, coarseness, water retention and saturation.
• Explore clay sculpting skills and tools required to reach desired outcomes.
• Consider the do, apply, and reflect as they troubleshoot respective projects.
