About this event

Healthy Me is an interactive literacy-based program that uses carefully selected children’s books to spark meaningful conversations and activities around personal growth, wellness, and emotional intelligence. Each session centers around a themed children’s book and explores topics like developing a sense of self, managing time and stress, creating healthy friendships, and setting goals.
