About this event

​"Your Feelings Matter" is a curriculum offered to students in grades 3-5 that teaches youth about emotions, how to express them, and how to react to them in a positive manner. Participants will learn: verbal and nonverbal communication skills, how to visualize information, critical thinking, how to recognize and express emotions positively, conflict resolution, how to apologize, how to manage stress, and how to practice resiliency. This class is only open to Cordero Pines residents.
