4-H Summer Wellness
This class is a balance of S.T.E.M and Self-Care. We will be learning:
• Self Care: Stress Reduction and Relaxation: How to use mindfulness to take care of the body and mind by managing stress.
• Communication and Relationships: How to mindfully listen and communicate thoughts and feelings.
• Gratitude and Acceptance: How to practice gratitude and acceptance and how it relates to being mindful.
