5 Paths to Leadership

This interactive workshop helps graduate students build and reflect on their leadership skills by exploring how leadership styles show up in everyday situations and how they can shift under stress. Led by Will Peshall, Lead for Organizational and Employee Development in Human Resources, the session includes a required self-assessment completed prior to attendance. The workshop will take place Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 12–1 p.m. PT in JCSU 301 (Graduate Lounge).
This workshop is collaboratively hosted by the University of Nevada, Reno Graduate Student Association, Graduate School, and Office of Postdoctoral Affair.
