Apex Concerts: Young Beethoven

Apex Concerts begins early celebrations of the 250th Anniversary of Beethoven’s birth with a program featuring the works from the early years of the master’s life. Presenting a two-time GRAMMY nominee violinist Jennifer Frautschi and the multi-award winning violist Hsin-Yun Huang, the evening will showcase unbound creativity, budding genius, and the symbiosis between tradition and radical innovation in the hands of young Beethoven through the lens of his early chamber works.

  • Duo for Viola and Cello “mit zwei obligaten Augenglaäsern” (1796)
