About this Event

What's in your family first aid kit?

In this workshop, youth will gain skills on how to think through emergency situations and will learn how to create a practical first aid kit for their family. We will be analyzing situations, scenarios and teaching the participants what supplies are needed to build their own emergency kit that best suits the needs of their family. We will also be discussing how to handle situations such as, poisoning, choking, burns, bites, breaks, foreign objects, nose bleeds, cuts and scrapes, stings, sprains and strains. Once this workshop is completed, participants will earn their 4-H Family First Aid Kit Certificate.

This workshop is open to youth ages 9 and up, spaces are limited so sign up ASAP.

Classes are 60 minutes per session and will be held virtually at the following dates and times:

Monday, April 19, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.
