Body Acceptance Virtual Workshop Series

Not liking how you look? This 5-week, 75-minute weekly session virtual workshop series will guide you through an evidence-based program to help you reduce appearance preoccupation, change appearance assumptions and negative body talk, address body checking and avoidance behaviors, and build a more positive relationship with your body and yourself. The program has been proved to improve body image, enhance self-esteem, promote comfort and contentment in relationships, and prevent eating disorders.
