Additional Event Dates

This course introduces atmospherics as a core component of brand experience design. Students learn how visual, auditory, scent, and tactile elements shape customer emotions and behavior, both in physical spaces and digital touchpoints such as websites and social media. Through real-world examples, participants explore how intentional environmental design can become a defining part of a brand and enhance loyalty, engagement, and overall customer satisfaction.
