Build a Startup Workshop 3: Identifying Customer Segments and Relationships for a budding business model
This workshop is the third in a four-part series. Participants will build on their business models by identifying customer segments in a market and will develop customer engagement strategies.
This workshop will cover all of the basics of identifying customer segments in a market and tips for working with them to develop your business and apply it to an existing technology. All four sessions should be attended in order to create a testable business model that identifies and addresses current market needs.
