Do you have what you need in case of an emergency? Become a community hero by learning how to put together a first aid kit for your family.
About this Event
In this workshop, youth will learn how to think through emergencies and how to create a practical first aid kit for their family. We will also be discussing how to handle situations such as poisoning, choking, burns, bites, breaks, foreign objects, nose bleeds, cuts and scrapes, stings, sprains, and strains. Once this workshop is completed, participants will earn their 4-H Family First Aid Kit Certificate!
This workshop is open to youth ages 9 to 19 , spaces are limited so sign up ASAP.
Classes are 60 minutes per session and will be held at Hampton Court Apartments 1030 Center St., Henderson, NV 89015.
