 e federal government in a changing America?\n\nProfessor Amar will explore
  the evolving relationship between state and federal authority. He will ex
 amine how courts\, states and federal institutions navigate questions of g
 overnance\, constitutional limits and the balance of power in today's poli
 tical climate. As debates over education\, immigration\, elections\, publi
 c health and executive authority continue to test the boundaries of federa
 lism\, Amar will consider who decides and what the Constitution has to say
