Project ECHO Nevada invites you to their upcoming 8-session free series entitled Diabetes in Primary Care. This program is for health care professionals looking to increase their knowledge base with respect to diabetes education. Our goal with this series is to establish a community of practice between primary care providers in Nevada to share knowledge and best practices in managing patients with diabetes. This series will offer health care professionals the opportunity to collaborate and discuss cases with a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts to enhance diabetes management.
