About this event

Free for families with children from 0 to 19 years old and parents to be.

Eight easy lessons to improve the health of your children and family.

You will learn about healthy eating, food safety, planning meals, and much more.

You will do fifteen minutes of physical activity from the comfort of your home.

You will receive gifts such as a cutting board, measuring spoons, a cookbook, and many more items to help you apply the information you learn in the course.

Class will be every Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 10am. 

 Must attend a minimum of six classes to receive a certificate of completion and all incentives.

ONLY FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS

At the end of the course, you will
receive the following items:
• Cutting board
• Water bottle
• Grocery list
• Produce brush
• Cook safe magnet
• Food thermometer
• Workout DVD
• Measuring spoons
• Cookbook
