Eight easy lessons to improve the health of your children and family.

• You will learn about healthy eating, food safety, planning meals, and much more.
• You will do fifteen minutes of physical activity from the comfort of your home.
• You will receive gifts such as a cutting board, measuring spoons, a cookbook, and many more items to help you apply the information you learn in the course.

Upon registration, you will receive 3 form links and assigned login info to complete ASA24 hour food recall from MARIE ARIAS (marias01@unr.edu). The 3 forms are required to receive incentives and dietary reports.

Class will be every Tuesday and Thursday from March 19 to April 11 from 9AM to 10AM through Zoom. Late registration is on March 26.  If you register after this date, you may attend class, but you will not receive the incentives.

 Must attend a minimum of six classes to receive a certificate of completion and all incentives.
