Eight easy lessons to improve the health of your children and family.

• You will learn about healthy eating, food safety, planning meals, and much more.
• You will do fifteen minutes of physical activity from the comfort of your home.
• You will receive gifts such as a cutting board, measuring cups, a cookbook, and many more items to help you apply the information you learn in the course.

Upon registration, you will receive three Qualtrics form links and assigned login info to complete ASA24 food recall from Felisa Mandujano (fmandujanotorres@unr.edu). The four forms are required to receive incentives and dietary reports.

Class will be every Tuesday and Thursday from April 6, 2021 to April 29, 2021, from 5:30-6:30 PM via Zoom. Must attend a minimum of six classes to receive a certificate of completion and all incentives.
