California Resources Corporation (CRC) is an independent energy and carbon management company committed to energy transition. CRC is committed to environmental stewardship while safely providing local, responsibly sourced energy. CRC is also focused on maximizing the value of its land, mineral ownership, and energy expertise for decarbonization by developing carbon capture and storage (CCS) and other emissions reducing projects.
Eric Vargas is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently holding the position of Business Development Manager at Carbon Terravault (CTV), a subsidiary of California Resources Corporation (CRC) in Bakersfield, CA. In his role, Eric has been instrumental in shaping and overseeing CTV’s energy strategy, as well as supporting joint ventures. His duties encompass building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including Brookfield, a prominent global investment firm.
