This seven-week parenting program focuses on improving young children’s social-emotional learning (SEL) and school readiness skills. The program engages parents/caregivers and children in enjoyable, educational activities, and supports SEL for the whole family. This weekly program aims to encourage:

- Understanding one’s own emotions and recognizing others' thoughts, feelings and points of view

- Building a "Can-do" Mindset

- Developing problem-solving skills

- Encouraging effective communication and mindfulness

For famillies with children ages 3-5
