Fire Prevention and Extinguisher Training (National Preparedness Extravaganza)

Fire extinguisher training will familiarize the student with the different types of extinguishers and their operation. More importantly, the class will cover fire prevention and emergency preparation as well as response. The Bullex Digital Fire Extinguisher system allows students to practice putting out a fire.

Where relevant, the training will also include a demonstration and an opportunity for hands-on use of Stryker Evacuation Chairs which are used to assist the mobility-impaired in leaving a building during an emergency.
