Fit and Strong! @Home
Presented by the Sanford Center for Aging, this online version of the Fit & Strong! fitness class meets 3 times a week for 90 minutes per session.
The class is for anyone looking get back into exercise or start a new habit, especially those experiencing lower extremity joint pain and stiffness. All participants need to have clearance to participate in exercise from their physician.
Participants must have one video-audio enabled devide with internet, such as a tablet, laptop or desktop PC.
