Food Preservation Program - FREE Virtual Class
The University of Nevada Reno, Extension’s Food Preservation Program is now holding a free virtual class on canning fruits and fillings (high acid foods) this holiday season. Participant registration through Eventbrite.com and Zoom required to attend.
This course is scheduled for December 6th, 2021 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Class participants will be sent the Zoom registration link and class access details one week before the class is scheduled to begin.
We recommend accessing course via desktop/laptop or tablet.
