Note: This is event is sold out, but a waiting-list option is available. Customer can put their name on the waiting list in person at the Nightingale Box Office starting at 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 20.  There is no guarantee that a ticket will become available.  Customers must then check back at the Box Office at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the event to see if any seats have opened.

Award-winning journalist, syndicated columnist and author of the New York Times and #1 international bestseller, The Shock Doctrine:  The Rise of Disaster Capitalism, Naomi Klein comes to the University of Nevada, Reno to discuss the connection between global warming and capitalism.

In her book, This Changes Everything, Klein argues that the climate debate is clouded in myths that detract from what she views as the real problem--capitalism.

So I see that tickets ARE required for the rescheduled event. Do we just show up at the Lawlor Events Center box office to get them or is some other action required first? Also, what are the box office hours?
