Project ECHO Geriatrics: Person Centered Dementia Care Series
Project ECHO Nevada is introducing a 6-week educational series for outpatient primary care practices with the aim of improving provider strategies when communicating with and treating persons with cognitive impairment and/or diagnosis of dementia syndrome. This will be a free program with CME/CEU credit for physicians, nurses, MFTs, CPCs, and long-term care administrators. In addition to receiving free CME/CEU, participants have the opportunity to present their real world patient cases for review and consultation by a multidisciplinary team of experts.
