By Basque Library, William A. Douglass Center for Basque Studies
About this event
This talk looks at how heritage languages survive alongside a dominant majority language. Dr. Beristain will go over what we know about bilingual development in early childhood, then compare various language-learning approaches, using NABO and Boiseko Ikastola with regards to Basque as case studies.
