Leadership & Community Engagement

​Participants develop leadership skills through self-reflection, peer collaborations, and hands-on activities both in the classroom and in the community. We identify different leadership styles and assess personal life and leadership goals. Students will learn to:

• -Identify the ways in which trust is built between individuals, organizations, and communities. 

• -Learn effective ways of communication and the ways these ways change based on context. 

• -Dissect multi-tiered problems using skills learned in these workshops.
