Ben Hartman, Clay Bottom Farm

Ben will share stories of successful lean farms from around the world. These small farmers point a way

forward, showing how to increase profits, even during tough times, by applying shrewd management and

"more with less" thinking. He will also show examples from Clay Bottom Farm, his own farm in northern

Indiana, where he and his wife earn a living from one-third acre of land, selling all of their food within two

miles of the farm.
