A grand opening for the Nanofabrication Lab in the Davidson Foundation Cleanroom happens at noon April 18, 2025 (new date!) on the first floor of the William N. Pennington Engineering Building. Group tours will be offered! The multi-user Nanofabrication Lab offers lithography, deposition, etch and metrology to support research and pilot production of semiconductor, photonic and quantum devices.
