Weekly Buddhist Discussion and Meditation Group

Pack Dharma & Meditation is a non-recovery-specific peer-led group that will dive into the teachings of the Buddha using scripture and canonical teachings that the Buddha gave to his followers over 2,600 years ago. Each meeting will include a guided meditation derived from the meditation practices that were taught by the Buddha.
