Behavior-Based Sleep Interventions for Infants, Toddlers, and Beyond

Course Overview and Objectives

This is a hands-on, interactive, 3 session workshop that focuses on using positive behavioral strategies to teach the skills necessary for good sleep for individuals of all ages. Participants will be expected to complete an initial intake assessment that will consist of a Sleep Assessment and Treatment Tool and a Medical Screening Checklist. During the workshops, participants will have the opportunity to customize an ideal sleep schedule, create consistent bedtime routines and rituals, and identify interventions based on individual needs. Participants will also have access to consultation and support from our expert staff to ensure the successful implementation of interventions to meet the needs of your unique family.  

Participant Learning Outcomes

  • Participants will be able to identify behaviors related to good sleep.
  • Participants will be able to create individualized sleep schedules and bedtime routines.
  • Participants will identify 3 sleep interventions.

This workshop is currently only offered to Parents and or Caregivers, no Professionals at this time.
