Performing Arts Series Presents: Acoustic Eidolon
By College of Liberal Arts, Performing Arts Series, School of the Arts
About this event
Fate brought Joe and Hannah of Acoustic Eidolon together in 1995, when Hannah, a studio cellist, was hired to record with a local ensemble - just down the street from her home. Little did she know that Joe, the only double-neck guitjo player in the world, lived just three houses away. A few years later, between music gigs, Joe called Hannah to try blending cello with guitjo. On a snowy date in 1998, they played together for the first time - and the musical magic was instant. They quickly committed to rehearsing full-time and formed Acoustic Eidolon. Their musical bond grew into love and they married in 2001. Joe and Hannah's deep connection shines through their music - a harmony of heart and strings.
Parking is available on Level 4 of the Brian J. Whalen Complex, 30 minutes prior to showtime, or after 7:00pm. ADA parking is available on all floors.
