A program for parents with adolescents designed to help understand teen behavior and increase parenting knowledge & skills.
 

Lessons include:  Decoding the Teen Brain, ICYMI, Talking Teen Lingo LOL, Stress Management and Positive Discipline.

Ages:  Teenagers

Duration: 1 hour (9:00 - 10:00 am)

This will be a virtual class on Google Meet and supplies will need to be picked up.
