This workshop will provide strategies and insights for negotiating academic job offers. Participants will learn what components of the job offer are negotiable including salary, startup packages, teaching responsibilities, and more. We will also guide attendees through the negotiation process and offer practical tips on how to communicate effectively with hiring committees, make informed decisions, and advocate for their needs.
