Fit & Strong is one of our most popular programs. The program is designed to improve fitness and strength, and increase your confidence to exercise safely for those 60+. Participants develop individual exercise plans for a balanced routine.
This FREE program is for anyone looking to get back into exercise or start a new habit, especially those with lower extremity joint pain and stiffness.
The classes include stretching and flexibility, low-impact aerobics/fitness walking, strength training, balance exercises and health education/group problem-solving for behavior change.
Join us March 16 - May 8, 2026
Sessions will be Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
