Learn how to take Instagrammable pictures like a pro!

In this 12-session course, participants will learn the basics of using a camera and taking photos. They will also learn about camera equipment, how to manipulate lighting and how to compose the best picture they can. Participants are required to provide their own camera. Phone cameras acceptable.

At the end of the class, participants will put together a gallery presentation open for viewing in-person by their families and open for viewing virtually by the community. This gallery will be on Thursday, April 29, 2021.

This class will be facilitated using a hybrid-learning format. A maximum number of 10 students will be able to participate in-person, and up to 5 students will be able to participate virtually.

Open to youth grades 5 - 12. This program is free, but registration is required.

Classes are 90 minutes per session and will be held on the following dates and times:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, April 6 - 8, 2021 at 4 p.m.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, April 13 - 15, 2021 at 4 p.m.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, April 20 - 22, 2021 at 4 p.m.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, April 27 - 29, 2021 at 4 p.m.
