Open to adults of all ages and cooking skill levels. Join us during the 5-session series to learn about: recipe reading, nutrition tips, cooking skills, brain-health recipes, and lifestyle tips. Tune in to cook alongside Chef Suzy McClain as she shares tips and tricks to nourish our minds and bodies through nutrition. The series is free to attend, but you must register in advanced.
