Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance

Tai Ji Quan is an evidence-based fall prevention program. The 4-month class is held 3 days a week via Zoom teleconference - no need to leave your home! In this popular class, the Tai Ji Quan forms (or poses) have been modified to improve balance and strength among older adults. The class is led by a certified instructor.
WHEN: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, Jan 26 to May 18, from noon to 1 p.m.
COST: Free.
