Are you a researcher already in a team or seeking to form one? Join us for an engaging workshop that will dive into the essential strategies of team science—designed to enhance collaboration, build productive research partnerships, and empower teams to achieve shared goals.

In this interactive event, you’ll discover and practice key collaboration strategies to improve team dynamics, foster trust, and enhance productivity. Learn from hands-on activities, case studies, and open discussions. Topics include building team resilience, setting shared objectives with team charters, effective communication, planning for conflict, and collaborative writing strategies. We highly recommend attending with team members. Individual faculty members interested in joining or developing teams are also welcome to attend.
