About this event
Part of the Early Childhood Workforce Development program, this training sheds light on the often-unseen emotional loads early childhood educators carry in their day-to-day work. Through guided reflection and interactive discussion, participants will gain insight into their personal needs, learn strategies to reduce stress, and develop actionable steps to support both personal and professional wellness.
The Early Childhood Workforce Training is offered to early childhood providers for the purpose of meeting the annual Nevada State Early Childhood training requirements. Employees must complete a minimum of 24 hours of training annually to continue employment in a licensed childcare center or home care.
This training is just one of a variety of research-based training topics that are presented by the Workforce development team. All training courses are approved by the Nevada Registry.
