This exhibition, “The Sensible World” includes the artwork of three women artists living in the American West. Julia Schwadron Marianelli, Caitlin Parker and Sam Buchanan. These works conceptualize the landscape using screens, filters or mechanisms of translation as ways of organizing, complicating or realizing a firsthand experience of their environment. For these artists, the vastness of classic western vistas is interpreted personally, from the inside out.
Exhibition Dates: 9/26/24 – 11/26/24
