Junior Master Gardener Certification class (Las Vegas)
About this event
Presented by Extension's Youth Horticulture Education Program, this fun, hands-on class series, teaches students all about plant science and gardening here in the Mojave desert.
Classes will be held at the Clark County Extension's Bontaic Garden and taught by Nicole Hansen, a trained horticulturist and Community Based Instructor with the Youth Horticulture Education Program. Students that complete the majority of classes will be certified as an official Junior Master Gardener, a certificate that is backed by UNR & Texas A&M University.
This series is for youth 8-12 years of age.
