Transition Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are designed to help students with disabilities transition from high school to post-secondary education, employment, and independent living. These plans help to guide the team to know which diploma option is best for that individual. Nevada's diploma options for students with disabilities include certificates of completion, Alternative Diploma, Standard Diploma and Advanced Diploma.
