ENGAGE brings together Northern Nevada veterans, local businesses, veteran service organizations and educational institutions to foster meaningful professional connections and advance opportunities for our veteran community.

This year’s event will feature Medal of Honor recipient Staff Sergeant Clint Romesha as our keynote speaker. Staff Sergeant Romesha was awarded the Medal of Honor for his extraordinary heroism during the 2009 Battle of Combat Outpost Keating in Afghanistan, where his decisive leadership, courage under fire and selfless actions saved lives and helped repel an overwhelming enemy attack. His story exemplifies resilience, service and leadership in the face of extreme adversity.

The program will include welcome remarks, distinguished speakers, a student perspective, a keynote address, followed by a Q&A session and a post-event book signing. We look forward to welcoming you to this impactful event honoring service, leadership and community.
