Nevada. Learn what it takes to establish a vineyard or winery, which grape varieties perform best in the

region, and how shifting weather patterns can influence production. They will address how wineries are

responding to the recent decline in the wine market and the challenging regulations governing locally

produced wines. The session concludes with a tasting of wines crafted from the UNR vineyards.
