Must Be Present to Win!

Straightforward Strategies for Balancing Your Life and Your Work

Meggin McIntosh, Ph.D.

You are busy.  You are stressed.  You are stretched thin.  You care about doing a great job at the University – and you worry about your own well-being along with the health of your relationships.

Oh, and if you hear, “We need to do more with less,” one more time…well, it could get ugly!

Give yourself the gift of attending this special workshop being offered on Friday, February 28th.  Our presenter, Dr. Meggin McIntosh, is an award-winning professor and founder of the Excellence in Teaching Program here at the University.  She will help you learn – and laugh – for two hours, while gaining strategies to serve you well beyond those two hours!

If you attend this workshop, you will walk away with tips, tools, and techniques to use for taking some control of your life and determining the balance that is right for you.

This is a unique opportunity to learn straightforward strategies from a master teacher who has been teaching productivity workshops at universities around the country for the last ten years.

Register early to guarantee that you have one of the limited spaces available.
