Workshop: Administrative Faculty Evaluation Process

Tim McFarling, Associate Vice President of Human Resources, is pleased to host an annual workshop on the Administrative Faculty Evaluation process.

Both Administrative Faculty and supervisors who will soon be navigating the Administrative Faculty Evaluation process are invited to attend and have their questions answered. Employees will learn tips for effective self-evaluation, and supervisors will learn tips on completing the process and providing constructive feedback.

For your convenience, Human Resources will be offering two workshop sessions and be sharing the recorded workshop online at a later date. You may join these workshops online or in-person, but please register in advance if you plan to attend in person.
