Writing diversity statements for an academic job application

Increasingly, tenure faculty applicants are asked to provide a statement addressing how they plan to contribute to inclusive excellence in their professional lives. Whether the application requests you address diversity in the cover letter, teaching statement, or as a stand-alone diversity statement, this component of the tenure track job application package is an increasingly common part of the tenure-track and academic job hunt. Attend this valuable workshop to understand how to best express your commitment to diversity in your work within higher education and receive helpful tools and advice to take with you.
