Zoom Healthy Aging Cooking Matters Classes
Seniors, join us for a series of six Cooking Matters Classes using Zoom from the comfort of your own home. Our UNR Healthy Aging Extension Staff will walk you through weekly topics such as choosing recipes, getting ingredients, preparation, safety and tips on nutrition and how to stay healthy. Powerpoint presentation will help with discussion.
